These terms govern your use of the Spectrum mobile application ("the App"), operated by Our Engineering Studio ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these terms.
You may sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country, and at least 13 years old.
Recordings you make remain yours. By uploading a recording you grant us the limited right to store it and to deliver it to the other members of the tape you posted it to, purely so the App can work. We do not sell your recordings and we do not use them to train models.
We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
The App can hand a finished video to other apps such as Instagram or TikTok. Once it leaves Spectrum, that service's own terms apply. Make sure you have the rights to whatever you post there.
Some features require a subscription, sold through the Apple App Store and managed by Apple. Payment, renewal, and refunds follow Apple's rules. You can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings.
We do our best to keep the App working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.

本規約は、Our Engineering Studio（以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリ 「Spectrum」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用した時点で、 本規約に同意したものとみなします。
Apple または Google のアカウントでサインインできます。ご自身のアカウントで行われた 行為については、利用者が責任を負うものとします。利用にあたっては、居住国で契約を 締結できる年齢であり、かつ13歳以上である必要があります。
録音したものの権利は利用者に帰属します。アップロードした場合、本アプリを動作させる 目的の範囲でのみ、当方がこれを保存し、同じテープに参加しているメンバーへ配信することを 許諾いただきます。録音の販売や、モデルの学習への利用は行いません。
違反があった場合、内容の削除やアカウントの停止を行うことがあります。
本アプリは、書き出した動画を Instagram や TikTok などへ渡すことができます。 Spectrum を離れた後は、それぞれのサービスの規約が適用されます。投稿する内容について 権利を有していることを、利用者ご自身でご確認ください。
一部の機能は購読が必要です。販売は Apple の App Store を通じて行われ、支払い・更新・ 返金は Apple の規定に従います。解約は Apple のアカウント設定からいつでも行えます。
当方は本アプリの正常な稼働に努めますが、無停止や無欠陥を保証するものではありません。 法令が許す範囲において、間接損害・結果的損害について責任を負いません。なお、法令上 制限できない責任を制限するものではありません。
本規約は変更されることがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内でお知らせします。 変更後も利用を続けた場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
